SHIRTS

White shirts take 24-48 hours from ordering to be shipped. Custom tie-dyed shirts take 5-10 days from ordering to be hand dyed and fulfilled. We ship via USPS First Class. You will receive an email notification once your order ships with your tracking details.

Returns

Please refer closely to our FAQ section to determine the best size for you prior to ordering - please note that every pair of Santa Venetia clogs are custom made per order, so it’s important that you feel confident about your decision before buying. Shoot us a note at info@santavenetiagoods.com if you have any questions we can help address before you buy as again, every pair of Santa Venetia clogs are custom made per order.

If you receive your order and don't 100% love it, we accept returns within 7 days of the shipping date - unless items are marked final sale in their description or are custom. Please contact us before you return your clogs at info@santavenetiagoods.com and we will then provide you with return instructions.

Shipping, handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items that are noted as final sale in their product listing description, items purchased on sale (including coupon code discounts), items from our sample sale and all embroidered clogs, which includes shearling lined clogs, are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. As are any custom orders, this includes hand dyed items.

All other items that are returned will incur a 30% restocking fee. This is because we are a super tiny company, we cannot afford to absorb the cost of goods and cost of time to make each order when it is returned.

Your order must be 100% unworn and have its full original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All clog orders must be shipped back with the clog box inside another, larger box - preferably the box we shipped them to you in with insurance and with a request for signature (for your own protection). Upon receipt of your return please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for return, if they qualify with the above. Purchases of Santa Venetia made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange here. Please refer to their returns policy.

We do not offer exchanges or order cancellations.
